Bruce Hendricks
Owner & General Contractor
Bruce began his career working with a local commercial contractor after graduating from UCA in 1983. Once starting a family, he quickly realized the need to be home and available more. So in 1987, Bruce started Hendricks Remodeling. Since then, the four of his kids have had a hand in making the company what it is today. Bruce strives for excellence and integrity in everything. Because of this, Hendricks Remodeling has become a staple in the Central Arkansas area for remodeling and building. When Bruce isn’t working, he enjoys swimming, camping, and hanging out with his family and his 11 grandkids.
Zac Hendricks
Estimator
Zac is the youngest of Bruce’s kids. He graduated from UCA in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Zac began working for Maverick Transportation. Just like his dad, once he started a family, he realized that being available was more important than climbing a corporate ladder. So, Zac and his wife moved back to Conway and began working for his dad in 2018. Since then, Zac has made strides to help the company meet the needs of the ever-growing industry. When Zac isn’t working, he loves running, fly fishing, hiking, and doing anything outdoors with his wife and three kids.
Andrew Reames
Project Manager
Andrew graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2019 with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Upon graduation, he began working with a commercial contractor in Little Rock. Again, just like Zac and Bruce, he realized that being close to home and available was more important than working the long hours of commercial construction. So, Andrew joined the team in 2021. His passion is being able to make someone’s house a home. A place that they love to come home to and enjoy living in. When Andrew isn’t working, he enjoys league bowling and spending time with his wife and dog.
Sterling Tatro
lead carpenter
Sterling has been around the construction industry most of his life. Since joining the team in 2017, he has crafted his carpentry and leadership skills to help train our carpenters and manage projects. Our customers love to work with Sterling and they appreciate his get-it-done attitude. When Sterling isn’t working, he enjoys tournament fishing and anything outdoors with his family.
Pat Hickey
Carpenter
Pat has been working in residential construction for over 60 years and has worked on and off for Hendricks Remodeling since 2012. We like to say that nearly every house we remodel in Conway, Pat most likely helped build the original house. He has a wealth of knowledge for carpentry and construction. Whenever we have a difficult task at hand with carpentry, we know Pat can work through any issues and make it perfect. When Pat isn’t working, he enjoys working on his farm and garden and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
